Nobody opens an email because they’re excited about barstools. The creative challenge — and the freelance copywriter’s real job here — was to manufacture a reason to care and keep people reading past the first line.
I gave each product a distinct voice and leaned into light, irreverent copy that made browsing feel more like entertainment than shopping.
